Arthur was great! My garage door hadn’t had any work on it in 2 decades and had stopped working. He walked me through where the issues were. He came back the next day to do the work on short notice and stayed late to get it all done properly, installing a new motor and replacing all the old, corroded parts of the door.
Tonight we had the frustrating experience of our garage door hitting our car windshield. To make matters worse, the impact bent our recently repaired door, leaving it stuck shut.Fortunately, Malik came to our house late on a Saturday evening and performed a quick repair on the garage track. He even braced the door so that it performs better than it did before—there is no longer any rattling! This is not the first time we have used this company; they always do great work and we cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Malik.

I got locked out of the myQ app and needed someone to come by to help me get the garage back in order. The arrival window was 10a to 2p and Malik came early. Not only did he reconnect the wall button and motor, but also programmed my LiftMaster to open the garage door. He's polite, quick, efficient, double checks his work, and he taught me how to program the other LiftMaster remotes in the building. Many thanks, Malik!
Malik was the best! We went from a loud, old door with rusting components to a quiet, beautiful new system with all sorts of bells and whistles. Couldn’t be happier. Malik was an excellent communicator and just one of the nicest people you could meet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
