We live pretty far out, and they came all the way to us without a single complaint, which we really appreciated.

They removed our old door, installed the new one, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The door and all the parts are beautiful, well-made, and exactly what we hoped for. Ron even came back out to make sure everything was running perfectly and took the time to answer all of our questions—so friendly and helpful.

Garage door cable came off the drum one evening causing the door to go all crooked and start bending the tracks. I reached out to Garage Doors, Inc. at 8am the next morning and had two guys there fixing it by 10am! They took their time, carefully fixed the issue, then did a calibration to ensure the the door opened and closed like new. We have kids around and know the potential danger of broken garage doors, so it was a huge load off our minds to have it taken care of so quickly and professionally.
