I had a great experience working with KJ's garage door repair. This is the second time they've been to my place in the last 15 or so years. Got an upgrade to my garage door opener with the DC motor. Love all the service from start to finish. They give you a 5-year warranty on parts and a 6-month warranty on labor. I got the jack shaft opener LM98022.Overall I was very pleased with:- the response rate- easy to schedule an appointment- accepts payments by credit cardEverything was great. Highly recommend working with this business.
Drew came and replace the 20+ old opener with a new model and recommened new rollers all at a reasonable price. He was quick, thorough, and cleaned up. You can tell he was very experienced given the tricks he had to install the opener on his own. He gave recommendations/pointers on how to keep things maintained. Wonderful experience watching him work. Highly recommend.

Needed new wall mount motor and contacted KJ's via impressive Yelp ratings. Responded within minutes, quoted a flat rate, no nonsense reasonable price, offered same day service but opted for next day at my convenience. Technician Dru was extremely knowledgable, helpful at explaining everything and gave useful advice regarding programming and usage. Installation is very sanitary, all wires and cables routed cleanly.
Total experience was great. From the initial call for an appointment to the final summary of work performed. I received an accurate cost estimate for the service to be perform over the phone when requesting an appointment. The appointment was one day out (due to Thanksgiving) and the service person was prompt in meeting the appointment time. He promptly completed what was asked of him and he took the time to explain what he did. He even explained to me that the LED light bulbs in the overhead door opener was the wrong type. The reason why I was experiencing problems with the door opening and closing was due to the light bulbs. I needed light bulbs specifically for garage door openers. I highly recommend KJ's.
