My garage door malfunctioned and was unable to open or close. Having relied on Northgate Garage Doors for many years, I contacted them for assistance. Their service technician, Arden, responded the same day and promptly determined that my 18-year-old garage door opener was beyond repair. While onsite, he was able to accommodate my request to install a new Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener. Throughout the service process, Arden kept me fully informed of the work being performed, and the service was completed within the timeframe promised. He consistently demonstrated professionalism, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service. Our garage door broke, precluding us from being able to enter / access. I noticed the "Northgate Garage Doors" sticker on the door and called for help. Not only did they get out to me the very next day but they also accommodated my request to be their 1st appointment so that my garage could be fixed prior to a separate appointment I had later that day (that required access thru the garage door). Kind, professional, efficient, and at a great price. I'd strongly recommend to any / all with garage door needs.
