Palms have always been there for us whenever we need assistance. Our garage is quite old, so their experience and knowledge was vital to upkeep it. Illia was our most recent technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed our problem and gave us things to look out for in the future. Also, they have quite quick on scheduling a tech to come over. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for all your garage needs.
Excellent service and will be recommending to anyone I know. Geva (our technician) was out within 2 hours of calling. He was very professional and quick to diagnose along with replacing the tension coils. I talked with him for a bit to get an understanding of why the previous coils may have broken and a few other questions. He took his time with the explanations which I appreciated. All said and done $475 for 2 new coils, labor and taxes.We had another company from Marin come out before this company. They told my wife they did not have the "right coils" with them and needed to order custom ones. Recieved the qoute at $995 taxes and labor included.Thank you Geva and Team Palm garage for being good people. Will be calling to set up yearly maintenance with you.
