Doug, the owner, called me back and came out quickly for an estimate of a garage door retainer and bottom seal replacement. He was professional and very accommodating about working with my schedule to set up the repair appointment. I appreciate his easy demeanor as well as his knowledge and experience. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door, and had it repaired the same day. Doug (owner) clearly knows what he is doing — fast, efficient, and no unnecessary upselling but had several options for me to choose from.
What really impressed me was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with high-quality workmanship, but My Garage Guys delivers on both.
