Mounir did an excellent job in fixing my garage door issues. My garage door was being held together with duct tape, and I was afraid of it collapsing at any day and Mounir added additional support that should’ve been there originally. He made me feel very comfortable about my new garage door. I also appreciated that he gave me various options to fix my problem.
Ruben and his assistant Tyson were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ruben answered all of my questions and explained everything to me while showing me issues with my door. I felt no pressure to purchase. He gave me options to address the issues. I chose to have several things replaced (rollers, springs, and cables) and now my door runs and sounds like a new door. I had never had my door serviced since installed 18 years ago. I called A1 because my door was making a terrible noise.I highly recommend A1. The communication was excellent. They texted to confirm my appointment. They even sent me a photo and profile of my technician, Ruben. He called letting me know he was 30 minutes out and stopping at the gas station. He even asked if I’d like anything from the gas station. I decline but was surprised by the kind gesture.

This company exceeded my expectation. I contacted them on a Saturday and they were available the next day on a Sunday. The tech who came is Mounir and he did an amazing job!! He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my garage door and told me what needed to be done. Mounir is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My neighbor came out and also ask me about A1 garage and stated he was not happy with the company he had hired previously to fixed his garage and after talking to Mounir he was very pleased with him and wants him to work on his door too. Oh I forgot to add that they are also very affordable compare to other company. Thank you Mounir . There are still good and experienced people out there. ????
