We were very unhappy with the service from this company.
The cable came loose on one side and we couldn’t use garage door.
Took a couple days to come out, no big deal.
My wife was home. The tech was hard selling her a new garage door. That if he fixed it it would uncoil within the month.
He offered a new garage door and said I would also need a new garage door opener which he would gladly in stall for 300.
I said no. Fix the coil. When I came home from work and opened the garage the coil was already off.
I called a prof garage door repair he he fixed the problem said my garage door was in great shape.
Scammers, bad service, rude.

First American Home Warranty sent this company to check my garage opener. 3 techs went to my house and started pitching garage door replacement to my wife. They know the opener is going bad. None of the techs even opened the motor to check. they just press the clicker and said it's weak but i need a garage door. They will also not put on their report that your garage opener is weak, they will only put "need garage door". Now, i told First American to send another company cause Safeway will not replace my garage opener without replacing the whole door. DoorPosh came and the first thing the tech did was open the motor, replace motherboard and other parts. It's fixed now. So, if come across this, and you're trying to get warranty done, or have your garage opener fix, skip this company.
