There is at least one account of an initial misdiagnosis that was addressed by management with a follow-up visit. Overall sentiment trends positive with notes on responsiveness and professionalism.
Initially a disaster, but the manager made it right. The first technician they sent didn't fully diagnose the repairs needed. He replaced the torsion spring, but then the door threw a cable on both manual opening and collision reversal. The technician tried to blame me both times (and not very politely). After 4 hours, we called it a day and left the garage door off-kilter, hanging open. The next day they sent a different technician who immediately understood the issue. He fixed the cable tension monitor in about an hour, and the door then passed all tests. He was very professional.Aside from the initial disaster, the other downside is price. $650 was very, very expensive for a torsion spring, but if you don't mind being up-sold for guaranteed-American made products, maybe you won't mind.Total bill: $950.
