Hanson did a nice job at quoting for our garage door repair compared to 3 other companies. They offered an alternative the other 3 companies, conveniently for them, did not tell us about. Their price was fair with quality parts and excellent service in the installation of our new garage door. Good communication. Hanson is a local, family-owned business with many years of experience. I recommend them highly.
They came out promptly and repaired my garage door, and were kind enough to help me over the phone when there was an issue with the sensors. Ultimately the garage door needed to be totally replaced, and they provided prompt service for a reasonable price. I would definitely use their service again.
Matt showed up exactly on time, very friendly, informative, and ready to go. I showed him the issue, he went right to work. He made the adjustments, did a safety inspection and some general maintenance (lubrication, etc) and informed me of some things to keep an eye on.Their system was very good at keeping me informed of their arrival, etc. Price was fair.Great work, friendly and efficient, 5-stars!
This is a nice local, family-run business! Matt took great care of my garage and replaced my 10-year-old motor and door wheels with a new model that I now love using. I had gotten multiple quotes for this work and Hanson offered me the best price for the same model of motor. They were easy to schedule for an appointment, got the job done fast, and were pleasant and professional from start to finish. I'd recommend them for any garage service you need done!
Last night the spring on our garage door broke. I called Hanson this morning, got an appointment for today, Adam came on time and fixed it in no-time. Great experience. Very reasonable pricing. Great job. I absolutely recommend Hanson to anyone who’s looking for great service and price. I will have them come back next week to repair another garage door.
