Greg came out twice in one day to troubleshoot a problem with a faulty garage door sensor. He got to the bottom of it, and now it's completely fixed! He was very courteous and it was very obvious to me that he has long experience in the industry. I'm very pleased and would recommend Turbo Garage Door for any fix.
We had an issue with our Lift Master and contacted Turbo Garage to help us. They had installed a new door and opener a year and a half prior, so the warranty period had expired. A technician came out and after paying the service charge, the problem still wasn't repaired. We received a call from the owner and after explaining the problem, he offered us a new motor with a new warranty; he sent a different technician to install the new unit. We were very pleased and impressed by his commitment to stand by his product and services.We recommend using them for any garage install or repairs.
