Horrible experience. Charged twice the amount that locals do ($380) and still didn’t fix the problem. The technician wasn’t sure what the issue was. Could be the opener the spring or the track. If he did any adjustments would cost extra ($125 extra to adjust the spring ). He was here for 45 minutes and still had the problem. He seemed more interested in selling me new opener. Also added 15% for using a credit card.
So happy with this service. He came quickly and easily fixed what I assumed was a very broken garage door. His prices are reasonable, even his travel fee to my small town was reasonable. I'll happily recommend him to anyone needing help with their garage.
Had a spring break yesterday. So glad I got ahold of Chris. Very professional, punctual and great pricing. His work looks great and the door works better than new. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.
Chris was great! I called to ask if he could replace my opener. He said yes, he can supply or can buy my own. He setup an appt right away and showed up on time. He worked quickly and knew his stuff, also helped to correct a problem with the door that the initial installer had made and oiled the springs. Super friendly and great price! Oh, and the belt drive is a lot smoother and quieter than the old chain!
