I called True North after my usual overhead door service company gave me a very vague answer to coming out to repair my commercial overhead door. For starters, they actually answered their phone, something every other business in their industry seems to struggle with. Rachel was quick to take down my information and give me a timeline on a commercial overhead door repair. Adam got in touch shortly after and updated me on when he’d be coming by and what his plan of attack would be. Once Adam arrived on site he was super friendly and easy to work with. He had the overhead door repaired very quickly and also offered to repair a different broken part on the door while he was at it. The invoice came and it was very fairly priced to go along with the excellent service. Save yourself the headache calling other businesses that can be bothered to work with you.
