Excellent Service! Sent help request thru Presco's website around 9:00 A on a SUNDAY, got a call back in minutes. Preston arrived as promised. Listened as I described the problem, evaulated door and opener, fixed the problem, tested to make sure all was in good order. Great to do business with, honest, fair pricing, superior service. Preston came out same day and fixed our garage door. I expressed concerns regarding what another garage door company had said regarding the door being warped and the spring ready to go. Preston laid my fears to rest and assured me that it will continue to function. He and his apprentice worked quickly, are professional and courteous.
