Completely satisfied.I purchaesd a mn insulated steelback door (filled with closed foam insulation).Mark the owner prooved to be a trully honest. There was a mixup with the door manufacturer regarding the insulated glass for the top row.Mark pointed it out before I even noticed it. He installed the door as it was and proceeded to resolved the issue with the manufacturer. Despite the manufacturer taki g over 2 weeks to suply the correct windows, Mark did not take the 2nd half of the payment until he personally replaced the glass to the correct ones.Really Fair pricing, honest and responsive. Hard to find this combination.
