Brian S. identified the issue and quickly resolved the problem. He also had great customer service and technical skills by offering other options to ensure longevity of my garage door. He’s also from Michigan, so we had some nice chats about the Woodward Dream Cruise!

The doors are 17 feet long, two sided and insulated. The operation of the door is whisper quiet and oh so smooth! Justin did such a superb job and displayed incredible attention to detail.
