Joseph was very responsive to text messages. The following week, the technician Pedro came and replaced the garage door within 2 hours. Pedro himself was very nice and respectful. I am satisfied with the work done and had a good experience with both Joseph and Pedro. One small issue is that when I handed the check to a random employee, I didn’t get any acknowledgment or receipt until I contacted Joseph. But overall better experience than other garage companies I had dealt with.
