I was having trouble with my garage door following a power outage, so after 1 hour of failed YouTube videos, I called Cressy Door Company for help. They took my call quickly and then got me in touch with a technician. Gill took my call and was extremely patient as he walked me through the service call. He got my problem solved in under 10 minutes. Really appreciate him and this company! 5 Stars!!
Great customer service. I have never had an issue with anything they fix on my parking gates. Most other companies I would be calling again shortly after the first visit.. with Cressy Doors it's always done right the first time.
So happy with Gil! He was quick, personable, and gave me good advice on how to safely use the garage door before he came so I could get my cars in and out! I would recommend them and would use them myself again!!!
Gil was an angel. Rescued me from a broken garage door (couldn’t get my car out!) in less than four hours, called to let me know he’d somehow fit me in and again when he was on his way, was kind and understanding about my worries for the school run, and the bill was so much less than I’d feared after a panicked Google search.
