First time experience with arklatex. Had some issues with a door for a while. Had another company out at first. They tried several times to get it right. Arklatex came out and nailed it the first time. Well done. Office and technician were very professional. Will use again and will recommend to others.
Garage technician came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken springs, and serviced the other garage. Finished everything in 30 mins and had time to educated me on how to maintain my garage doors for a prolonged lifespan. Thanks Kevin!!

Very profession. Punctual. Reasonable pricing. Had to have new garage door opener / system replaced. Billy was very thorough and made sure everything was in good health and good working order before he left. Answered all questions and did not make me feel rushed. He was efficient and very kind. Highly recommend this company!
Product was exactly how ordered and installation seemed to be satisfactory. Cleanup after installation was subpar but communication and customer service was below expectations. Deposit was given when product ordered. Final payment was due at time of installation.Day of installation I was told I would be called when they were installing and I would bring payment before they left. I left work early, although I was not called, to check on job and give the final payment, however, when I arrived, the installers had already left. Next day, I was called by Jenna. Not asked how the job was or if I was satisfied, BUT simply asked for final payment. I told her I would drop off check. Within 24 hours she has called three times for payment. I sent a runner with check the following day.Without customer service I would rate a 4, however, I must rate a 3 overall. I would probably not use again but overall the company was affordable and job seemed well installed, so I would recommend with caution.
