Chris did a fantastic job! We woke up on a Saturday and could not open our garage due to a broken spring. I called CMI and Chris told me he could get to me later in the day. We continued to stay in contact via txt msgs as he worked his other jobs for the day and even though he and his team had to work late, they made it over and repaired our garage same day at a great price!
