OGD Overhead Garage Door

My technician Brad was very professional. He provided me with several options at the beginning of the job in order for me to consider how I would like to proceed with the service request. He took his time to make sure that I had the proper spring for my size garage door. He provided me with suggestions for future services that I may need completed. I would recommend OGD Overhead Garage Door and especially tech Brad for all of your Garage door needs.

The technician arrived early and completed the required work quickly. He was polite and professional explaining every step in the process. Patrick, the technician, found other parts that were in need of replacing and fortunately he had the parts on his truck. Overhead Garage Door is a class act. They were able to schedule the required work in 1 day. I highly recommend this company for any garage door work you may need.

Great Service! I called because I needed someone to come right away to take a look at my garage door because it was not opening and someone was sent right over, upon arrival the technician was very knowledgeable with a pleasant attitude. My spring was broken but I had the kind of spring that was inside the Rod instead of the traditional spring that you can visibly see. The technician showed me three options with prices to choose from, I chose the option that came with a 5yr. Warranty that included a new rod, new wheels & a better thicker spring for the garage door also. Once I made my choice, the technician wasted no time going to work, I was amazed of how quickly & promptly he put everything up and got me back together. I recommend anyone with garage door problems to give OGD a call and I promise that you would be greatly satisfied. The service call was reasonable to come out to check everything for me which was roughly under $70 but well worth the service & prompt installation provided.

My opener broke 3 days before closing on the sale of my home, was able to schedule a technician to come give a quote and he had a new unit on hand he was able to replace mine with while he was there! Great experience all around, save me a ton of hassle with closing.
