He explained what I needed and how quick it was going to be installed and serviced. His estimate was very fair and I added a keypad wall mounted opener. Work was clean and no mess when Kevin finished. I give this company a 5 star for honesty , quality of work, and fair pricing. No hidden fees, price was fair for the area (around what we discussed earlier), and they even did a full tune-up: lubed everything, adjusted tension, tested sensors, and balanced the door perfectly.

Kevin quickly diagnosed the issues with my garage door opener and worked to find a solution. However, parts were no longer available for my outdated opener, and a replacement made the most sense. He efficiently installed the new opener, sensor light and helped set up the smartphone app, clearly explaining its features and security. In addition, Kevin replaced the rollers on my garage door, making the door much quieter. He was friendly, knowledgeable and charged a fair price.

My garage door system went out unexpectedly, and he showed up on super short notice to replace the whole thing. He really knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Super trustworthy too. I wasn't even home for most of the job and everything was done perfectly. Fair pricing, great service, and just an all-around solid guy. I've already saved his number for any future garage door issues.
