Alexis, the office administrator, set up the order and kept us up to date with delivery and install dates, arrival times, and prompt response to any questions we had. Zack, our installer, was very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious, as well as very personable. Install was clean and precise. We are extremely happy with the new door and motor.
