Lyle's provided prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service. They were able to get here quickly so I could get to work, adjust my crooked door, replace some worn parts, and install some new seals to keep the critters and snow out. My 35-year old garage door runs much more smoothly now. Excellent local business!
What is a service call?Here,it is separate from a $35 fee the hit you with to drive to your home which is less than two miles away from their shop. Then,they double charge labor by adding cost to install the parts sepately.New owner, renovations,it's literally a cash grab. Same as Harvey's next door, for shame..Use anyone else
Lyles garage saved me with my door. They’re simply the best in town. They fixed the damage caused by siouxland garage. Don’t be fooled by any other company in town, if Lyle’s can’t fix it no one can. They worked fast, were very respectful, and they’re more than fair on pricing.
What a great company to work with! Onawa had a wicked hail storm come through in June. I honestly didn’t care what company to go with as insurance was picking up the bill. I stumbled upon Lyle’s Garage Door after hearing good reviews on the Nextdoor App. I AM SO GLAD I USED THEM! I called and let them know I had an insurance claim and they quickly came and gave me an estimate (lower by $400 than the other quote I got). Working with Grace in the office has been wonderful - very helpful with dealing with the insurance/payment/scheduling aspect.The best part were the two technicians who did the install. I wish I had gotten their names to mention on here. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, AND cleaned up after themselves. They even installed a new trim piece for me after seeing the condition of the one that was on. The guys also noticed immediately that my garage door opener was installed backwards, but said they would fix that when they put on the new door. After the install, they walked me through some maintenance tips and were so kind to answer ALL my questions. I mean - who knew you needed to lube your garage door every few months! ??If/when I ever need something done with a garage door or my friends and family ask for a recommendation, Lyle’s will be THE ONLY company I will mention! Cream of the crop employees!!
Top tier customer service! Lyles team helped bring my garage door back to life! When we moved to our new property the garage door worked but didn't have a light cover, remotes, or a wall mounted switch. Lyles team drove to Bronson, had the parts and made everything work and the price was very reasonable. They helped out when others would not!
