If I could give zero stars, I would. I Called to make an appointment for service on my garage door, the gentleman that answered the phone proceeded to have a conversation with another person in the office for at least 3 to 4 minutes before coming back to me on the phone and then asking if he could put me on hold But before I could answer, he already placed me on hold after waiting a few more minutes he then hung up on me. I found this to be very unprofessional if the company cannot handle something as simple as a phone call and make you feel like you are priority during that phone call. What does that say about the Service they will provide on something as important as your home.

This is not a fake review as you stated below & taking any sort of accountability was exactly what I expected from your company. I also found It amusing that you felt it necessary to mention that your office manager was a woman. As if no one else ever answers the phone, because of course there’s not lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, 15 minute breaks, sick days or vacation days….right ?? Who knows maybe you guys do all just stare at each other unsure of what to do When the phone rings and she is not there.
