There was an error with our order initially & the entire staff listened and worked to remedy the situation once it was brought to their attention. Very professional. Highly recommend.
The service as a whole was outstanding. I was told we would get a call back after checking on their schedule and, upon receiving this callback, we were told someone would be available in 10 minutes at our house. After arriving, the guys were very pleasant, helpful and took care of our repair in approximately 15 minutes. A great experience with your company overall!!
Great service! Technician was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. Garage door spring snapped on Sunday night, they were out here first thing Monday morning with a replacement. Will never call another company with garage door issues. I wish I caught the name of the tech, he was great.
Tri-State Garage Door is great!! One of the main springs on my garage door broke on Thanksgiving. I called them on Friday. They came down the same day and fixed it. Very professional and friendly people. I was very impressed.
Randy from Tri State Door is unbelievable! He evaluated the door on the day called and had it repaired by the next morning. He donated the parts to fix the door for our nonprofit. He is very community minded. They are a great local company.
