They scheduled me a day after my call. Techs were on time and did an excellent job installing my garage door. It only took them two hours to take down my old door and replace it with the new one. Highly recommended!
We have been using Superior Door for about a decade. They provide excellent customer service and quick turnaround. We use our garage door like most people use their front door. It is open and closed several times a day. The springs in our door get a lot of use. A lot. Every time one of the springs breaks, I call and within a couple of hours, Superior Door has a technician at my house. It usually takes about an hour for the repair/replacement to be complete. When they leave, my garage door performs like it’s brand new and there is no evidence that a technician was ever on-site. They leave no mess. They are in and out in no time. They are friendly and answer any questions that I have. I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs. We will be contacting them again soon to replace the door coming into our house from the garage and are looking forward to working with them on that project.
