Great company to deal with.Salesman Brian Hale came and looked over my garage and recommended a garage door system that would match my existing doors and give me the insulating qualities I needed. Brian is very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the door I purchased.Matt Alves and Matt Carlisle came and removed my existing roll up door and installed my new insulated door. Let me tell you, these are the guys that you want putting in your new doors. Very talented and knowledgeable and attention to every detail. Highly recommend.

He did a great installation. Tyler took the time to explain all the new features to the garage door opener and even helped me download the app. Tyler also had nothing but positive things to say about the company. The installation of the door opener was quick and convenient. However, not so psyched about the door opener itself. It's definitely quieter and smoother than the old motor. But, the garage door opener rarely works with our cars onboard remotes while in the 25' driveway, which was one of the reasons we went with the opener. It works upon initial programming but rarely after that. We've reprogrammed it multiple times and it works the first day but never again. The remotes hold the code but the door doesn't open. I don't know what the problem is but, I had installed a MyQ remote opener on our old door motor and it worked fine with our onboard remotes. Not so much with the new one. Asked the tech about it and was told it must be some type of interference. I don't know if I buy that since the remote device, from the same brand, in the same place, that I installed on the old motor, worked fine. Also, the MyQ app seems like a subversive way to get you to pay for yet another subscription service or maybe they limit the range to the paid version?
Excellent service. The technician arrived on time and completed the maintenance quickly. I had no trouble scheduling the annual door maintenance. I absolutely love my new garage door! Everything from the sales person, payment and install went smoothly and pleasantly. This is my dream door.When a bolt from the opening device came loose and fell off I alerted them and they were out the next day. Replaced and secured everything.
