And, a special shout out to Tony Simon who in sales, clearly understood the product, able to explain to me all aspects of material, warrenty and installation. Good manners and knows how to speak with a client. He arranged the work, ensured delivery and installation in a timely manner. He came back to ensure a proper job and went beyond by helping me sync the garage door opener when I couldn't figure out how to do it. That is real service!
