Great customer service and availability. Josh gave a competitive price on a liftmaster belt rail that was almost impossible to locate locally. Barbara was very kind and helpful. Would definately recommend this garage door company.

My garage door broke and we couldn’t figure out what happened. I called DeSoto Door because they had good reviews and left a voicemail. Someone called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled someone SAME DAY to come out and look at my door. He arrived at the beginning of the window and spent time diagnosing the garage door. Turns out it was something he had never seen before, but a quick phone call to someone at the office, and he knew what to do. The wood that held the track in place split, it was not going to be an easy repair because he had to replace the entire piece top to bottom and fix the cable too. He repaired the garage door on site same day, which I was very thankful for. I would absolutely recommend DeSoto Door because of their super fast response, quality of work, and customer service oriented attitudes from everyone I came into contact with. Thank you!

These guys did a great job today at my daughter’s house. I believe Scott was our field tech. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the work he’d be doing. Highly recommend.
