Danny showed up on the day he said he would. He was running late but he called and said the previous job took longer than expected. He did a through inspection and made the repairs we needed.
It was what I deemed an "emergency" call: broken mounting bracket that prevented the garage door from opening and closing. My call was immediately answered, a service call scheduled for next-available, and within the hour our tech, Dennis, was johnny-on-the-spot (only his name was "Dennis", like I said...).Dennis took a look, explained a proposed fix, gave a decent quote, got our approval, and got started. He didn't take long, either! Easy-breezy... and we were back in business with a working garage door! We also got a handy-dandy business sticker applied right above the control panel for our future needs. I'm glad I called "A Team Garage Doors" today without delay!
