A pretty decent and reliable company to work with. At least on my garage door issue. They came to my place on the specified time period, fixed the issue and charged me as quoted. Don't fall for any online companies with 1-855 number, they are not reliable and most likely overcharge you.
Our garage door is not standard and Overhead found a solution for a new door to fit our space. The door is so quiet when it is operating and looks good. Added bonus is the rodent block on the bottom of the door provides a perfect seal for my uneven floor.
Overhead Door came out for a service call the same day I called. My car was stuck in my garage as I couldn't get the door opened. Technician, Jessie, knew what the problem was right away. It was a broken cable. He installed two new cables for me. He was great! This is a great company! I would recommend them to others!??

Working with Overhead Door was an easy, enjoyable process. The man in the truck who looked the project over and explain what needed to be done was helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I was working with an advisor and not a high pressure salesman. The main office was right on top of connecting with me. confirming the price and setting up an appointment to do the work.The young man who showed. up today was amazing. He was polite, well spoken, knew his "stuff," got the job done in the time frame he quoted without a hassle. (This was important because I had to leave at noon and he was done in under an hour.).
