They assessed the situation and explained they'd need to order a new door, but true to their word, they were back the very next day with everything needed to get it fixed.But what really impressed me was their follow-through they came back on Friday exactly as promised to install the decorative designs we wanted. Rhino Garage Doors is a reputable and reliable and trusted garage door service. They’re helpful and happy to answer any questions you may have to make the process easier. I had them come in to fix my garage door that cracked in the middle. The owner came out and take a look at it and told me what had to be done. I asked plenty of questions and he was wonderful, he took the time to answer everyone. He also had one of his reliable employees put, a temporary support bar so we could continue to use the garage. While we; My husband and I decided if we would fix it or replace the door. He also give us a books of garage doors and he even explained which ones were best for us. We did replace the garage door. I was so ,happy I love my door the service was great and they were quick and clean. I would recommend this company again and again. Whether repairing or replacing or new install Rhino garage doors are the right ones for the job.
