Gus was great during the whole garage sale purchase and even after. Customer service, responsiveness, quality of work A+++. Anthony the installer did an impeccable job and treated our own as it was his own. Prices are fair too. Highly recommend.

Gustavo is a pleasure to work with. I showed him some pictures of what I wanted and he helped guide me to the style and type of door I wanted. I’m very pleased with the door, the professionalism, the customer service and installation. This was done by Gustavo and his team but largely Gustavo.Toni’s pricing is very competitive and going through Costco gave me an extra measure of assurance. I had a few challenges that caused a few issues with the installation process but Gustavo was very helpful and worked with me.I am very happy with the service, pricing, product, quality and workmanship. I would recommend Toni’s Garage Doors without reservation.
Initial install was a mess. Ordered a door with glass panels on the top and that panel was damaged in transit due to not tieing it down the correct way. After re ordering that panel they came out to install it and couldn't get the door lined up after almost 6 hours so they left and scheduled a return date. For a week I had to operate the door manually, once they came back they got it working but it was still out of alignment. One side would not sit flush on the ground but the installer claimed it was because my driveway sloped away on that side. After 2 days of rough opens and closes the steel cables snapped and the door dropped to the ground. Finally after numerous calls and text messages with the owner/manager someone came out and started from scratch. 3 hours later it was fixed and has been working properly since. Minimal refund was issued and total install time took over 3 weeks. I do not recommend this company. (Located in Reno NV).
