All Star was fabulous. Over my past 32 years in this house, the door has needed service from time to time. This time it was inoperable. In addition to fixing the problem, the technician took the time to fix and adjust other parts so it now works perfectly. This is the level of professional service I never experienced from any other firms! 5+ stars!
My door wasn't opening so I left a message on Sunday. They came Monday at 8 am and fixed the issue even though it was actually a problem with the framing, not the door

Perfect, professionals! We were referred to Al-Star Garage Doors by our neighbor who was very happy with their service. When we called them they were able to accommodate for our hectic schedules. They were very helpful and informative. In the past we had a big box store (Sears) subcontract work. They damaged our property and then refused to do anything to repair the damages. Ben also referred us to RJ Builders to repair the damage from our previous encounter. Fortunately we will never have to use Sears again. Some people prefer to do their business online but we would rather talk to a live human. When you go through All-Star you will be talking with a very knowledgeable person, and a well trained team. We would highly recommend All-Star Garage Doors for all your garage door needs.
