Sean was amazing! Super helpful. Explained the ins and outs of my garage door functioning. Gave many options/prices for repair. Was really efficient. Showed me how to manually operate my door in case it breaks again. Lol! All in all, a really great technician who was super friendly. I called Precision around 11 am and Sean was here by 12:10. Doesn't get much faster than that. Appreciate you guys!
I’ve used Precision before when they replaced my garage door springs. I bought a premium garage door opener and the installer was well-versed in his trade, and installed everything quickly and efficiently. Price was reasonable and if I would have installed it myself it would have probably been a good afternoon’s worth of work. I’ll keep going back to Precision as they continue to do excellent work for me. The product I bought made it so easy to connect my car opener to the garage door opener. It was literally a 30-second setup, unlike using rolling code systems.
I made an appointment for inspection and lube and they had a time available within the next week. Lunden gave me a call when he was on his way to let me know that he could arrive earlier than planned. As he was inspecting the wheels, he noticed that they were plastic and some were showing signs of wear. He replaced them with metal, ball bearing wheels with a lifetime guarantee so I won't have to deal with the door not closing or burning out the motor on the door opener.
I called Precision Garage door on a Friday night around 5:30 expecting to leave a voicemail that would be answered sometime the following week.A friendly voice answered the phone and took my information, scheduled an appointment the following day which was a Saturday and my day off!. Technician showed up in time and explained why my garage door would not open more than a couple feet. He said he could fix it right then and there. I decided to have the springs replaced in the second door and they gave me a huge discount. I own an older home and the doors has some age to them but was informed that I didn’t need to replace them. I appreciate the honesty.I am very happy with the work that was done, the professionalism and explanation of how the door mechanism works.I would highly recommend.
