My Mother-In-Law recently had a broken garage door spring. The representative that came out was very helpful, providing a large amount of information and explaining everything. The representative even helped with opening the door so that she could get her car out while waiting for the repairs. Spilker went way above and beyond expectations and provided excellent service.

Nick came out last week for a tuneup on my 18 year old garage door opener. Today the motor burned up. I called and Nick was there in 30 minutes and was able to install a new opener quickly.
