I had a great experience with the installation. Installer was able to mount and adjust door operation as I desired. Door adjustment made it possible to use the complete height of the door opening. The door opens so quietly too.
We have used Wayne Dalton for decades. They are always very responsive and helpful. This time was no exception. Parker, our service tech was so professional and quick. He was on time and quickly accessed the issue and prepared with parts already. He not only replace the entire unit within an hour but also fixed and repaired the track on another unit as well. He was so efficient and knowledgeable!!! Thank you for such amazing service.

I don't ever leave reviews but I was just so impressed with the level of service that I thought anyone shopping for overhead doors needs to know how good their service is. Parker went out of his way to make sure everything was adjusted just right and I thought I may need a new opener on one of the doors but he was able to replace the damaged part under warranty. He found and repaired several issues that I hadn't even noticed on a couple of the doors and he did not leave until everything was just perfect. Also, price seemed very reasonable, Thanks again, Pete
