Matt came and replaced the spring, reset my garage door opener and was on his way in no time. Thank you for your efficient and timely help.
Our experience with Bro Co was phenomenal! We called them with an issue with our garage door, and they were at our house within 40 minutes and had it fixed within the next 30 (thankfully it was only a repair and not a replacement!). I will happily be doing business with them again and referring them to any peers. Such amazing service!!
Bro Co did the 18’ garage doors on our house a couple years ago. Always showed up when they said they would. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again and I always recommend them to friends.
We purchased a new garage door from BroCo. The company itself is good. There was I guess a misunderstanding in the estimate that we agreed to. Our final cost was $660 more than estimated but it came about by installing a new garage door opener which we didn’t order but was installed. The installer said they had order to install the opener with no mention of the estimate which did not include an opener. I guess I should have stopped them at that point but I guess I was confused. One installer figured bill at same as the estimate, but other installer had it at +$660. I assume for the opener. After 20 minutes of phone calls they confirmed the higher price and we paid the bill. They did a great job, we love the door and opener and would recommend BroCo to anyone, just make sure you get a firm estimate and know what it includes and what final cost is. I blame myself not BroCo. I did ask to keep the old opener which was only two years old which I plan to use on another door.
Bro Co came out and installed doors for our new construction. Their customer service was excellent, the quality was 10/10, and they were punctual and professional throughout. Would recommend them to everyone!
