They were at my home within an hour of my request. The technician, Josh Kelley inspected the damage from the broken spring on the old door gave me all the info needed to make the decision to replace it with a door that fixed a lot of cold drafts we noticed this winter. I think the price was reasonable for a replacement. My new door was installed the next day,adjusted to seal properly by installer Austin Calhoun. They both worked hard to make it as easy as possible on us. The new door looks good and should help with utility bill as it is more insulated. It was a good investment in my home. I was quite happy I chose Precision Garage Doors.
I had an very old and heavy wooden door that was falling apart, Precision Door came out and gave me a quote good price. They came out and installed a new door in one day. The young men installing the door were very courteous and professional .I am very happy with their service!

I got in a terrible Ke situation where my 1984 wooden door exploded. I mean broken... and I couldn't shut, was worried about having to figure out security at night... then called them and apparently same day garage door service is a thing. Their pricing is so much better than Overhead, and with some paint, we will be back in business. Their staff was great around my kids and dog. Couldn't recommend more! Photos before and after (hasn't been painted yet) !
