Johnny on the spot. Couldn't get the main "overhead guys" to call me back for a warehouse door stuck open. This is after we tried to get them to come service our doors to avoid this type of problem. I've used this company a couple of times in the last few years and they are great, reasonable prices, they come right out---and totally honest. When I asked if I should replace my old automatic opener, he said no, it was the same one he used & they don't come any better than this old one! He passed up the opportunity to make some money on installation & could have sold me an expensive opener that would have needed a lot of service & repair. I HIGHLY recommend!
