Regional Door - Our Double Garage Door one spring broke on the Weekend in Fonthill, E-mailed on Sunday & first thing Monday Josey called & booked my appointment the next morning. The Service guys (Drew & Jorge) were great. Arrived before scheduled time, very professional, clean & completed the job in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

For what should've been a simple door install , has been a long process , with timelines not met, details missed on every aspect, wrong color sill , missed paint , products not explained well, and double checking billing. Having demo started then coming back 2 weeks later to finish install , was unplanned and leaving our old front door without capping during that time.
Just looking forward to getting the door finished and not dealing with regional doors.

Update. The project is complete , placing the order april 3rd and FINALLY installing the door September 15th...
In conclusion if you still want to go with the company, be warned to double check every detail, and still wait 5 + months for a simple door install...

NOW JANUARY 2026 - the draft on the bottom of my new front foornin horrible, can feel a cold breeze.
I wish we never "upgraded" our front door... it's a total down grade.

Anyone who asks us where we purchased our door will not be recommended to regional doors.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Jorge, the installer was great. He showed me things like how to use the door in a power failure, where to grease things and how to change the code and such. He was quick and efficient and showed me an existing issue before making it safe. Cody the sales representative answered all my questions and was helpful. The price is decent. Thanks for helping me make life a little more manageable.
