So very grateful and impressed with the team at Yarnell Overhead Door who helped me with the important function of my double garage door. Because of their superior knowledge and expertise in garage doors and maintenance, my garage door has returned to how it is expected to operate- smoothly, reliably and - safely. Very busy their schedule was when I first made my call- a good sign, in my opinion; their policy is “customer first” and the owner, Doug, came to my home almost immediately to make his assessment of the problem. Later in that day, Nigel, with his 22 years experience with Yarnell and associate, Brian, further assessed the problem - a faulty surge protector- I guess it had done its time, put in place a decade ago after a lightning strike disabled the previous system - was the reason for why the garage door was not suddenly working consistently. Happily, I didn’t have to purchase a new operation, which might have been the case without the care and honest assessment from the whole team at Yarnell Overhead Garage . A few adjustments and the garage door is now working beautifully. Thank you so much! Highly recommended you are!??

Excellent service and promptness. On two separate occasions over the last few years, I have had issues with my garage door and it was unable to open. I called Yarnell in the morning, and both times they had their team over within hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonably priced and professional service. Highly recommend!
Awesome service! Doug came out super quick, to quote on my garage door. Such an honest guy! Ended up giving a solution to our issue. No new garage door needed at this time. Nigel and his sidekick did a great job fixing our garage door. They showed up early inside the window of our scheduled time slot and were precise and focused at the task at hand. They replaced the spring and adjusted the door in about an hour. And I was pleased with overall interactions. I would recommend them for overhead garage door service in the Niagara Region.
