The installation and repairs are impeccable. The new LiftMaster door opener is great value and so incredibly quiet compared to our old unit. I live in a condo in St. John’s. At about 9 o’clock last night (a Friday night),Our garage door broke meaning that residents couldn’t get in or out of the parking garage We called Overhead Door Emergency line. Within 30 minutes the owner of the company was here looking at the door. Turned out it was a fairly major issue. By 7 o’clock this morning the company had people here and by 8 o’clock the door was fixed. The level of service was beyond outstanding. Stranding all residents would have been a major problem, but thanks to the surface that we received most of the residents will not even know that there was an issue. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would.
