The technician, Roger, did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. He was very professional and came to the appointment on time and did not waste any time with the installation. Today was a day I needed someone to come to our rescue urgently and I was reffered to Mike hecalled right back he was very educational concerning my garage door he explained every detail of what needed to be done and that went a long way with me and I will be reffering him to my family and freinds we need people we can trust I was very satisfied plus im getting some more wk done u just dnt kn if u dnt ask and I know he is qualified to do that wk we need more companies like Mike THANK UUUUU
Mike was heaven sent to me and my family. We were preparing to leave town for Thanksgiving. My garage door was off track and wouldn’t go up or down and it was stuck about Two feet from the ground. My home warranty company only covered the garage door opener not the springs or the door itself, the company they sent out arrived at my home around 3:30, only to tell me it’s not covered and it would cost me approximately about $550 to repair, well I sent them away. I had Mike 24/7 number in my phone book under garage door man, but ai didn’t remember why i had saved this man’s number but I called him and he said he would be at my home around 6:00 pm and he did come and he fixed my garage door within an a half hour at a price so reasonable compared to the company who had left a few hours earlier. I appreciate a service provider who is very very knowledgeable, good worker and reasonably priced. Thank You for saving the day!!
Very professional, respectful, honest, and humble. Kept me updated when he was running late at another job. Still showed up the same day and stayed late until job was done. He was only here but kept his word and stayed until after 9pm to make sure the job was done, did I mention I live over an hour away from him. Will call him again and refer him to anyone I know that needs work done
