So glad I went with Garage Door Services of St Louis for my repairs. I had a broken spring and called this company for a quote. Not only were they the only company that gave me a quote over the phone, but they were also able to come out same day!! AND they gave me an exact time instead of a 3hour window!! Charles was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Had my garage door back up and running within an hour! I'm definitely going to be using this company again in the future and will be recommending them to all of my friends!

Charles is very respectful, patient, great communication, explained everything that came with the service and answered all the questions I had. He was timely and he gave me a quote I couldn’t refuse for a garage door, opener and back up battery/generator with a good warranty. I am a stickler because of poor customer service experiences, and if your communication and customer service is poor I will not do business with you. Charles on the other hand is setting the tone for how businesses should be ran. Definitely will refer him to anyone!
