Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon, trapping 2 of our family’s 3 cars inside. Not only was Nate knowledgeable and professional but he was able to replace our spring and install a new opener to avoid another emergency with our ancient opener. Great experience! Jonathan, our technician, was a pleasure to work with. He texted me that he was on the way to our home, which was a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he was extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a number of options and explained the difference between them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. When he left, everything was cleaned up, and the old opener was taken away. I would definitely recommend working with him again. I booked online, which was a very easy way to get my appointment.
