Precision Garage Door of St. Louis was very helpful from the start by answering the phone and scheduling me a same-day appointment, to calling me back to inform of a slight appointment adjustment for that afternoon, to the service provided by Brady, the technician who provided the repair service. We received outstanding service. The service technician, Brady, was especially friendly and professional in his interactions. I realized my garage door was broken on a Saturday and was able to get someone in to fix it the next day. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online!I had Jaylen Sykes, and he was amazing! He called ahead & was on time, and he was very good at explaining what he recommended and why he recommended it! I never felt like he was talking down to me or trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely be going through Precision for any future garage door needs.
We have used precision a few times and the service is always fantastic. My door stopped working this morning and within a couple hours of calling, Jaylen arrived. We had to replace an old opener and Jaylen was wonderful. He walked me through the process answering all of my questions and did a great job installing the new opener.
I needed to change garage door opener. Considered doing it myself but decided to hire a professional company. Called a local company a couple of times and never got a response. I called precision garage door once and got an immediate response . Jaylen - their service technician, came next day. On time. He was courteous and transparent. Didn’t feel he was just trying to sell a product. He changed the opener with a high quality product; have another garage opener to change and for sure will call them again
They are actually 5 stars because my new garage door/opener are awesome! 4 stars because only AFTER I got it all done did I find out the windows could have been insulated type instead of just clear glass. I would have gone with that for insulated door if I had known more. And the installer said some garage openers have a camera like Ring doorbell. I again never thought to ask for that option. I would have gotten one with a camera if I had known it existed. But probably available as an addition. Windows aren’t being changed out any time soon so that’s disappointing. Lesson learned: ask if they have anything better or more expensive, because they probably won’t offer it.
