Metro Garage Door was excellent to work with from start to finish. Chad, the residential sales manager, answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right products without any pressure. He was responsive to our needs and clearly knows the business.

Cole and Tae handled the installation and did a great job. They were skilled and efficient, and took the time to answer our follow-up questions and share some helpful maintenance tips.

They replaced our rusting door panels, upgraded the rollers to nylon, and lifted the door tracks off the ground to help prevent future rust. That attention to detail really stood out.

Overall, a very positive experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We’re very happy with the result.

There were no hidden fees and Jim was straight up in our communication. He sent Trever H. over immediately who started working on my garage door. Trever was kind, educated me, and answered my questions without issues. He completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He checked up with me to make sure I was content with the service and gave me additional information on how to reach out. I had excellent service and am very happy with Metro Garage Co. They worked very quickly and were very polite. I don't know what black magic they did but my garage door is significantly quieter than it was before. I am very satisfied with their service.

Chris did a fantastic job walking me through the options and helping me choose the right setup for my home—professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. On installation day, Brandon and Evan went above and beyond. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and their attention to detail was top-notch. The new garage door looks amazing, works flawlessly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They even pointed out and resolved several safety issues outside the scope of the install.

Highly recommend Metro Garage Door—great team, great service, and a great product!
