Brandon with Rise and Shine was fantastic. It’s not my first experience with Rise and Shine, which is why I keep calling them for any garage door need. But Brandon’s service and explanation was exceptional and he even allowed me to film the explanation for my husband as well which I appreciated, greeted my normally timid dog, and was super kind to my preschooler. I’m now fully versed in garage doors and know what my next repair focus needs to be - not pushy at all and allowed me to choose what options were best for us for the time being!

He texted 30 minutes before his arrival, and greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. He was efficient in evaluating the issue, gave me multiple options to consider, and promptly went to work replacing the springs once I indicated that was the option I wanted.Sean also provided a range of estimates for replacing the garage door, which I requested so my husband and I can discuss the possibility of replacement in the future.
